I have actually had extremely positive experiences dealing with Martin at Orsa in all of my past experiences. In fact, I inquired about a replacement crystal for a Sea Angler that I bought second hand that had issues...and to my amazement, Martin shipped me an entire Orangia Sea Angler case and bezel (crystal and all...minus the crown and movement) for free!!! Seriously...that was way cool, and over and above what I could have possibly expected (as I wasn't even the original owner!). I was completely stunned...Major kudos for customer service on that one.
