  Up date... Chris emailed and it looks like the last black one was not working correctly when it was being checked for shipment, it seems to be trouble of some kind with the date wheel.

He has offered to refund my payment but also states that he should have new inventory in 2-3 weeks so at this point I have emailed back that I will wait for the next batch. I could get the same watch with the flat crystal now and save $150 or so.. what does anyone think? is it worth the wait for the domed crystal or will it just be a scratch/ impact magnet?

So it was between the blue face with the silver bezel and the black face with the black lumped bezel, I preferred the face design 1 and although a bit concerned about the height the domed crystal that won out I am very excited to get my first dome.

My decision was made easier when I went to order the blue face today it was sold out, so black it will be. I do not look at this as a second choice or compromise since I was really torn between the two.

I think there is a good chance that if there is another run of the blue and I have some time to save up I may just have to get it as well.
