What I mean is that: At the same price range, I tried the new Planet Ocean chrono cal.9300.
It's a beast even in thickness with huge wrist presence.
The in-house 9300 movement is a mechanical marvel and even with the crystal back, the watch is still rated for 600m...And I tolerate it better with my 6'3'' and my 210lbs.
All in all, in my eyes, Omega outclass the poor sub in this 6000-7000 price league.
Cool review here: http://www.monochrome.nl/omega-seamaster-planet-ocean-chrono-reviewed/
I'm not starting a duel Rolex-Omega: I just make my point on what Rolex deliver for the price since we speak about the rising, who in my eyes is one more time purely unjustified.
The brand may have achievements but those should have limits in marketing exploitations specially for a brand who's "only" above 100 years old.
