 Did you try both? I like the Suppa for the look and find my Zilla incredibly comfortable for the size it has.
Took it 1 week in Crete lately and with the mesh who breath, even under 38 degrees C. heat, I never felt uncomfortable or sweaty on the wrist.
To me the Walts look like they don't belong there because of the hole they let appear...
Thing is that they are maybe shorter and if your wrist isn't wide enough for this watch with Suppas: Yes, it will fit better...
With Suppas, the Autozilla is around 55.8mm from lugs to lugs.
The Suppas are not specially long: The watch is already 48mm in diameter, mesuring on the bezel's outer-edge.
