I picked up my Blue Pan Europ just a bit over a year ago, and even back then I had a VERY difficult time finding one (at the time, I thought I had waited too long to pick one up). I'm not aware of any new ones that still exist at an AD (I'm guessing they are long gone), so you will likely have to look for one of the LE's in the preowned market. ...but as you already know, Hamilton introduced the non-LE Black and Silver dials which look great too, so there are some options out there.
