Those are great ones too with the Tudor Black Shield Tony (I think that one is available in a vintage looking lume themed version as well as that sporty red/black version that you showed...adventurous looking piece for sure with the cousin of Rolex continuing to step outside the box a little more...I like that. And that Blancpain Oscar...just plain gorgeous but too many $$'s for my blood...

I agree Will...many of the pieces that blow the mind would require a dip into billionaire funds. I also agree that many brands made some safe plays (more evolution than revolution), but I don't necessarily think that is a bad strategy.

I know we have some serious fans of the Omega Speedmaster 'Moonwatch' here at 3T. I thought the Omega Speedmaster 'Dark Side of the Moon' was a pretty cool piece from BaselWorld! thumbsup.gif

The Omega features a matte black ceramic case (so we know it's not going to be exactly cheap), and a black zirconium oxide ceramic dial, as well as, an in-house Co-Axial Caliber 9300 chrono movement.

An then, of course, if you feel the need to dip into those billionaire funds...the Hublot MP-05 LaFerrari (a mere $300,000) with open dial and sapphire crystal that offers a tasty view of the Hublot-made caliber HUB9005.H1.6 manually wound movement, which Hublot claims contains more parts (637) than any other movement that they have previously produced...and 50 days of power reserve complete with the addition of a small electronic screwdriver to wind and set the watch will make every billionaire happy!

I've got to admit...that complication is something to look at....amazing!!!!
