Glen Ellyn, IL?....................1st "big time" job was racing Go-Karts for GEMM Products in Glen Ellyn............went all over the country racing including the National at Pueblo, CO.  Used to race Fox Carts with McCulloch stock and modified singles, but my favorite was the DART Cart running twin bored/stroked West Bends burning fuel (Methanol, Nitro-Methane and 2-cycle).  Greatest thrill was racing on the airstipe at M-D in Witchita........long straight-aways and wide turn, so we geared for top end.....clocked out at 112.8.................2 inches off the ground!  18 years old and stupid/immortal!!!!mistake.gif
