Yah I did CJ...TY! 2 yrs to recover from back surgery ... I'm back working out 3-4 days a week and dropped 30 without trying hand6.gif all the meds they had me made me look like the Sta-Puff man :D That pic was taken today and I feel great for 52 yourock.gif
O ... you lost some poundage didnt ya ??? You look alot younger in that photo than the other pic I saw of you a few years back
