Good story. Thanks for the link. I usually get PO'd over there at TZ so I refrain from frequent visits plus I hate the layout format of the forums. If you visit regularly though you get to read little GEMS like that from time to time. I can't recommend their watch school enough either. It is very good.

Interesting interview.

The guy seems pretty pleased with himself.  I don't buy his story about the Walt Odets Explorer review for a second.  He seems to forget that Walt directly compared the Rolex to an IWC he had examined and determined that the IWC was superior.  IWC and Rolex are direct competetors on price.  Also, I don't see what Walt being gay has to do with watches, but...whatever.

I noticed the same self-congratulatory comments made by Richard.  I'm guessing that a lot of his "stories" were greatly embellished.

Nonetheless, it was a very interesting and informative interview.
