12 - 17 hours a day? Wow, that must have been a grueling experience.. I hope you get acustomed to the new work hours very soon, and find some great ways to spend your FREE TIME! (except collecting watches ofc);) hand6.gif

The first couple of days when I started out it was awful, I was lucky enough to learn from the best chefs in the beginning which helped me out a lot.
