I ordered a replacement bracelet from Debaufre last Friday night for one of my Steinhart watches. I asked if they had any non-Debaufre signed clasps on hand could they please ship one. I didn't expect they would have any, but I thought I would ask. Much to my amazement a package arrived Monday morning from Debaufre. Inside was a brand spanking new STEINHART bracelet. Now what more could one ask for? Note: for Ken C and Pacific Chrono (say it slow) :D Day-boh-fray

I only have one of their watches, the (Steinhart) MACH1 which is utterly fantastic. The quality, fit and finish on the watch is superb and I have never had a service issue, but I have heard nothing but outstanding reviews of their customer service. Hope to get one of their GMT's one of these days!

Follow-up report. Sent a watch in this week for a new bezel. They got it and shipped it back within a day. They answer emails within 24 hours and answered all my questions. VERY reasonable rates also.

I needed a link for my GMT. Called them and they said they would send one for $5 mailing fee. They mailed it the next day and I received an entire half bracelet complete with Steinhart deployant. And that lady who answered the phone would be an asset to any business!hearteyes.gif
