Good luck to you. I've been doing the Wii thing with my kids and it's a workout. Thinking about Wii Fit too... I'll be checking your progress and look forward to your success. All the best!

Alright Chris
Ill be checkin it out. Good on you for being the change!

If I may say 1 thing about losing weight-

Remember you have to eat, your body is just a machine and it is smart, it knows when to store for survival. Eat every 2 hours, small and appropiate foods, know what foods to eat when and you will drop weight.

If you cant eat every 2 hours, then whatever you do eat, only eat HALF of it.

To your Success party.gif

Funny you ask.  I just posted.  Not starting off well.  Having some computer/minidv/camera problems.  They all started when my son ripped off the screen on my powerbook.  I've been using a cheap Vista laptop.  So I'm having compatability problems.  If I can't figure out how to get this all to work I'm getting a imac tomorrow.  woohoo.gif  Thanks for asking and I'm hoping to get it all ready by Tuesday at the latest.  I did however get a new toy (unfortunately not mac friendly)  that will aid in this whole experiment.  So, please stay tuned.  This is even more painful cause if I didn't need to go buy an iMac I'd be getting that Dunhill from TZ. coyote2.gif

Thanks bro.  Man, am I hitting some snags.  But just like they say,  What doesn't kill us.....  Keep checking in.  I should be using some cool tools along the way.  Everybody knows someone that needs to shed some poundage, right?  Some tools are free which is the best.  Lots of things out there.

Thanks for checking out my blog guys.  I'm not sure where that vid comes from.  I think it is a commercial.  I don't think it is really the ball girl but impressive none-the-less. Thanks again!
