Just completed a swap for this.  Pretty neat little Citizen.  I was impressed to see the detail of the dial (see the 3rd photo).  Yep, looks like applied indices with chrome trim.  The chrome is nicely complimented by the "Citizen" and Promaster logo on the dial.

Sorry for my substandard photos...some of you guys must be professionals ;).

Very nice Topher.  It does have some nice details, like the chapter ring and the steel around the lume dots.  Much better than a glob of lume setting directly on the dial.  It looks like the dial has a weaved pattern too that looks nice.

Thanks guys!  Yeah, the weave pattern on the dial is subtle, but very nice.

One other thing I like is the only polished part is between the lugs of the bezel.  It catchest the sun just right and sparkles, but definately not a 'blingy' watch.

Quite happy with this one :).
