I purchased a Hadley Roma Heavy Metal 24mm/22mm direct from Watch Prince a few days ago. Transport was tops (but expensive at $25 minimum for overseas buyers), item arrived as described. Neat tidy transaction and I would recomemnd them to anyone in the market for their products. Professional people who do the job right - all I can report is a good experience all the way thru.

Cheers to Watch Prince and thanks 3T for the support of them - it is because they are on your website that I chose them in the first place!

I want to purchase the same bracelet, but the 24mm is only at the lugs correct and 22mm for the rest? If so I may just get the 22mm. What is the quality like on the claspe? comparable to the Seiko OM?

Thanks.

Hi killer

The name "heavy metal" is a bit of a misnomer - it is not that heavy! Clasp quality is an 8 if the Seiko Monster OEM is a 10. Seiko uses pins and collars, the Hadley uses pins with a flared end for the links - mine were quite tightly installed (as they should be) and I ended up getting a watchmakers hammer and lug pin removal set to make sure that I did not stuff things up. In the end - all it took was a hammer, a firm hand and the right sized pin remover...

Yes - the lug end of the bracelet is 24 and the rest of the bracelet is 22, but I can assure you that the difference is negligible to the naked eye and imperceptible on the watch I use it on, because the case has hidden lugs. The bracelet is substantial, looks terrific, wears very comfortably. Some new Ocean7 LM-7 owners have de-blinged it, because it has polished and brushed links. They have achieved this by using a Scotchbtrite pad and a bit of patience.

Up to you, killer, but I think the bracelet is excellent value and very good quality. Well worth the cost IMHO.

For a pic of a deblinged HR on an LM-7, I have shamelessly copied a photo from WUS posted by DEMO here for you to look at - it shows the black faced LM-7 and the 24/22 bracelet in detail:

Cheers and let me know if I can assist further.

Thanks for the review, I am going to get one for my Black/Orange ORSA Monstrum once it arrives.

I believe that all watch claspes should be push button + safety, and this is the only bracelet that wide that actually looks good that has that feature. My Tissot Seastar 1000 does not have it and I almost lost it in the lake, Seiko OM does have it and I love it.

I would buy a watchadoo but they only sell on EBAY and my account is suspended for some reason, which if you contact EBAY they will never tell you exactly why it is suspended yet they ask you for your VISA number and a fax of your license, which is totally obsurd. When you log into your EBAY account and message them asking why your account is suspended they will only send you back a copy of your terms of aggreement. I never understood how it could possibly be suspended, I only ever used the Buy It Now option and always paid within MINUTES of the end of transactions. Enought about EBAY.

Again thanks for the review and pictures!
