In case any of you were wondering if the Sea Angler Quartz Models Bezel is removable it is. Here you go.

Mask off the Case with some tape and use a Bergeron Knife tool or a utility knife and pry upwards, it comes off easily so watch out for the retainer wire that will pop out too.

Cheers

You ask what am I going to do with this Bezel now???

I have tried to get the Monstrum Bezel off but I had no success so Im assuming and Oscar I think mentioned that its a 1 piece type fit. If it does come off it takes 10 times the amount of pressure at which I gave  up in my Trials last year with it.

Cheers

Try it ya never know, Ill try again today after Lab Hours

There is an additional Retaining wire inside the bezel that Im not showing in my pic, If you get the bezel off  yourself you may just try marking the ring and the bezel on the inside with a sharpie and then remove it and move it over 1 notch. Worth a Try

Try asking Berg to send you a new one and then ship yours back to him?

Cheers

Huck

Well, MY bezel doesn't come off, but your does :P .

I would like to see if I could retrofit that plain silver bezel to my Orange / White Monstrum ... but I need to get the bezel off of my Monstrum first :? .

how do you plan on putting a 45mm SA bezel on a 47mm Monstrum case face4.gif....not all of the SA's and Monstrums are the same as 2 manufacturers were used at different times...and some bezels come off other don't....the black bezel insert on both the SA and Monstrum is removeable....it is only a thin plastic layer....takes a bit of finis' to do so without scratching the underside of the bezel....I found a strong liquid like Goof Off or a strong thinner/nail polish remover works well to soften it up 1st hand6.gif
