Just got back from taking the wife, son and Sea Devil to Providenciales (Provo) in the Turks & Caicos Islands.

I'm not SCUBA certified and don't have an underwater camera, so I guess these don't qualify as true action shots, but I think it's fun nonetheless to see our dive watches photographed somewhere besides a kitchen countertop or a backyard deck (would enjoy seeing "on location" Sea Devil or Barracuda pics from other forum members).

We snorkeled extensively along the reef that runs from SW to NE in the satellite photo, and went free diving for conch and sand dollars in the shallows east of the island. The Sea Devil performed as intended, and it's worth noting that underwater visibility of the SD dial, at least in shallow water, is outstanding IMO . . . lume on the minute and hour hands is serious stuff.

The more time I spend with the Sea Devil, the more I find it becoming one of my favorite watches. The combination of size, simplicity, design and comfort is almost ideal. Can't wait to pair it with a silver dialed Moray.

Great shots, sooner. Love the blue dial I have on mine, too. I only wish I had been able to get the brushed instead of the bead blasted.

Haha I think freezing and remarkably salty were closer to the mark. I doubt there was much sun screen left after an hour and a half

Love your pix!  Looks like a beautiful and wonderfully sunny place.  And WOW!  The blue dial looks nice a rich in your shots -- really digging it.  Enjoy the rest of your trip and feel free to post more sweet pix! hand6.gif

Thanks, SBD.

I was surprised by how much more natural the Sea Devil looks (at least to my eye) on a Caribbean beach than it does on my kitchen countertop. I think that speaks to what I find appealing about Ralf's watches . . . they're rugged, straightforward designs that evoke a sense of purpose.

When Ralf unveiled the Moray, I immediately "saw" it on the deck of a sail boat. Don't know why, that's just the imagery that came to mind, and still does.

Since I don't own a sail boat, I'll have to hope that at least one Moray owner does own one, and will be so kind as to get those photos for me!
