I was wondering if there is any way i can modify or somehow add to a Dievas Vintage watch, so it can have more water resistance? I really like the watches and would like to use them as a vintage dive watch.

pretty simple answer....no there isn't or at least not without rebuilding certain areas of the watch to take the pressure neccessary to get that water resistancy... and that would cost about as much as a new watch that already has that depth rating ;)

I'm no expert but Oscar's right. The expense to beef it up may not be cost-effective. While the case may take the pressure being 316L, it's the seals and lubricants that need major work. Sinn (at least on the U1 and U2) uses Viton seals, a heck of a mighty way to fight water. The Dievas Vintage line uses acryclic glass too and I am unsure if it can take the depths that your tempered-glass face masks can. So even that may need replacement. Just my 2 cents.
