I am not a professional photographer but has been hooked on photography for sometime now. I use a D80 but with the kit lens. I love this camera but I do not want to spend so much for the macro (close-up lens) because I am saving for a more versatile lens for the D80. I found a site...kenrockwall.com and I learned so much about photography from this web site. this is where I got a tip on how great the macroshot on the Canon Digital elph series. the D80 is a digital SLR and the elph is a compact digital camera series from Canon. A few weeks ago, I bought a Canon SD800 from eBay for $100 including shipping. True enough....the macro shot from this camera is so great. a macro lens for my D80 woul have cost me hundreds of dollar more so this I think will do for what I need for now. Here is a sample of a shot.....Seiko Sportura Attachment: IMG_1425.JPG (Downloaded 20 times) |
