After impatiently waiting for delivery, my Green Monstrum was waiting for me when I returned home from work today! This puppy is big. I love it!! I sort of butchered the strap . I needed to go shrink it 4 notches total, but my noobish self, cut three notches on one side and 1 on the other (I initially thought I only need 3 notches and like a moron, just snipped away at one side). The result is a clasp that is slightly off center. I am unsure if this really warrants buying a replacement strap or not, but the perfectionist in me is needling at my conscience. Aside from my self-inflicted strap issue, this is one amazing piece. For the record, I am not fancy enough to call a watch a "piece", but this piece of work really deserves it. Thanks Berg! yourock.gif Last edited on Thu May 28th, 2009 08:13 pm by maxinflixion |

On further review, perhaps the strap is really not that much of an issue. I am probably being over dramatic. Anyone have input here after seeing the pic below? It leans a little toward the right side of the pic (12 o'clock side) of the face. I still may pickup a colored strap as an extra. Perhaps a grey or green. Love this watch! If it is comfortable to wear I don't think there is any problem. It looks all right to me.

Rec'd a replacement piece for the strap I botched while sizing today. I was already a satisfied customer, but am very beyond happy now since none of the aftermarket straps I picked up did the watch any justice.
