Don't see many decent watches on Velcro. Despite Bell&Ross, Panerai and others making factory velcro options there doesn't seem to be a well built good looking option for the rest of us. A couple of years ago I bought one of these straps from MTM and have not been disappointed with it yet, so I bought another one. These are not your run of the mill velcro, they are built thick and very solid, and at $45 off of the MTM site it is a good investment if you like the look. I'll let the pictures do the rest of the talking;

Hope you enjoy,

Bill

I agree with Tom. Bill it looks better on Zulu, maybe not black though, but on Zulu.

Tom, I liked your Doxa post. Great choice for a timepiece.

Hi Jeff

How about a black Zulu with tiny orange stripe that catch up the colour on the bezel on my Doxa?

Tom

Hi Tom, Black Zulu with narrow orange strap might look good on your overall black Doxa BUT why not live a little dangerously????.... and go COAST GUARD ORANGE Zulu on your posted Doxa. You can get this amazing strap from westcoastime.com. I am seriously looking at getting one for one of my Seikos or even my Enzo. I love your posted Sharkhunter, amigo. cool10.gif

looks good, sturdy, and comfortable. I have seen the straps you mentioned on the BR02 and I like them, yes it is hard to find the good quality stuff that can match the quality of the BR, and Panerai velcro and rubber.

I like how the strap's got extra keepers on either end of the pull-thru buckle.  Keeps the gap from opening up if you prefer not to wear your watch too tight.

I have one of their stainless Warriors.  It came on a metal bracelet and I went back and bought a natural rubber stap from them (same $45 price).  Those too are a very good quality and are extremely comfortable.  MTM now offers a Zulu-type band as well.
