Break out your cameras and get snappin'. Its that time again and we are ready to hold our 3T Picture of the Month Contest for August 2009. The competition is fierce and the quality of the submissions has just been outstanding. The 3T Picture of the Month is probably the finest example of amateur watch photography anywhere! As always this is a winner take all contest with the winner receiving a fine prize (details below) and the runner up winning nothing but the honor of having their picture posted on the forum along side the winner's picture. Please take a moment to read the rules as everything you need to know is contained within. Once again the rules: The POM contest is open to active 3T members with a minimum post count of 30 posts and a membership length of at least 30 days. If you don’t fit the criteria at this moment get yourself posting on 3T and you’ll be ready to rock come next month. Each entrant may enter two digital photos. Photos are to be of timepieces, naturally. Photos must be submitted in jpeg format at a resolution of 800X600 or a close to this resolution as possible. Please attach the jpegs to your email and do not send links. Photos will be hosted via photobucket with an 800X600 resolution setting. Entries will be accepted for one week. Voting will take place for one week. Members caught creating duplicate accounts or having family, friends, etc. stack the voting will be dismissed from the contest and put in time out at the very least. Let’s keep it clean people. Email your submissions to: 3t.pom.submissions@gmail.com Please makes sure to include your 3T username with your submissions. You may submit you entries starting NOW and ending Saturday, August 15 at midnight PST. And now on to the prize for this month's contest. This month's prize comes courtesy of our good friends at The Watch Prince. Our winner will receive a deluxe leather locking watch case. This is a beautiful watch case, made in Spain of very soft quality leather and is a great looking case. Many thanks to The Watch Prince!   So get those pictures in and let's have another slew of great watch photos to vote on! |
