I got one of those also, nice solid beater. I'd use it for work except for the bracelet. I hace to use a non conductive rubber strap

Good pick up.

I bought one of those also to replace one I bought in the mid 1980s.
The old one was still working but the LCD was getting pretty dim.

Cant go wrong with a watch with a history like that one.  Almost a classic, Ive spotted it in a few movies.

Got the watch and had ot sized because I was on a trip and without tools. The watch was very nice, the bracelet very good and beefy, solid. The things I deem worth metioning are:

1.  The crystal is not all parallel to the line of the watch. It seems well placed at 6 and a finger nail thickness out at 12. Have not put it in H2O yet but it could leak. the bezel seems to be fitting correctly, but who knows about the glass gasket.

2.  The spring bar cover link is as thick as aluminum foil, they could have disguised this quite easily.

3. It is Made in China and has no serial number showing on the back.

4. It is a big watch 45 mm and once properly sized, putting it on is a tight fit, you have to squeeze the hand. Once on it is comfortable but it weighs over 100 g.

5. Lume not too good but what can I complain about for 35 bucks.

Just bought another from a fellow WIS as a gift for my son. I hope he likes it.

Getting to know the watch better, I notice that the bezel at 6 can be pushed in and it springs back out. If I push the bezel in, the glass is just as much raised as at 12. At 12 I cannot push the bezel in . At 6 it has spring resistance, so I imagine that the problem is just the bezel and not the glass so it should be waterproof. Oh well, I will use it frequently. A very pretty but inexpensive watch.
