Brice, for polished watches, I bring them to a good jewelry store to have them refinish.  This is a nice watch and I would let a professional take care of it.   Not too expensive and your watch will look new again!  I use Birks stores in Canada for that kind of work...  Hope it helps ! hand6.gif
