Yes they are done.

Miyota driven ones are available, there is a delay on the ones with the ETA.

Keith,

Just got my CD2 (Grey Dial, Partial PVD Bezel) on Saturday. Haven't been able to get it off my wrist since. As much as I love my CD Gen 1, the new one has enough subtle improvements to make a difference. I was skeptical as to whether the deeper notches around the bezel would make it any easier to turn, but they do. The partial PVD Bezel with white numbers really sets off the dial, too. I love the new clasp on the bracelet. Not only is it easy to use, but it gives the watch a super-sleek look. Lume is improved also - While my CD1 now glows like a lantern, it took a few cycles of light and dark to get that effect. My CD2 was glowing from the gitgo.  Altogether, a great job - this one is not only a keeper, it's a classic!

FWIW, I did like your "B" logo on the dial of my CD1 and think it would have looked good on the new one as well - however, it won't affect my enjoyment of this great watch.
