The Deepsea is a special watch and the ultimate Rolex diver IMO. This is a classic beauty with the perfect size and style, hmmmmmmm... For sure one of the nicest watch on the planet and one of my grail too...one day. Enjoy this one and wear it in good health, it's perfect.gif

Hehehe! I get a sense of joy just looking at it, so I can imagine having it on my wrist...my eyes would be stuck on it all day! Yes, I would need a day off just to admire it, it deserves it!

Daniel, I got the DSSD on Dec 3rd.....and got clobbered at the AD. Rolex on Dec 1st, instituted worldwide a surprise 5% price increase and I got caught and had to shell out more dinero!!!

In 2008, Rolex upped prices twice but just once in 2009.

I talked to my other buddies and they too were surprise. I guess misery loves company and other afficionados worldwide were in the same boat

I was in.

Jeff.........incredible watch. Aside from the Daytona, I never saw the mystique in Rolex, I got to see that watch in the flesh a month or so ago and they hit a bullseye with it.....stunning to say the least
