Thanks Alot Berg !!!:X....there i was minding my own business, mulling through a few watch sites, drooling over a few "one day aquasitions"when i came across the ORSA on T3 .....and the Sea Viper.....that was it out came the plastic and the next thing i know i had put a deposit on the blue dial.

I thought i was cured of compulsive, obsesive watch buying { having recently sold off some of my watch collection reluctantly, including my loved Omega Seamester} when along comes the Viper and i am blown away by this watch. I always like the DOXA Carribean but the Sea Viper just looks so much more " fun " with vibrant coloured dials, great hands design.......it just makes you want to book that flight to Belize and head for the " Blue Hole "

I have been collecting watches for some time...but i think alot of watch enthusiasts are going to be dissapointed not getting one.!...its an awesome design!

My wife is still going to kill me !!...but this time the Sea Viper will be worth it yahoo.gif!!!!

I'm really looking forward to adding the Viper to my collection...too many really ?.but this got me thinking. If i had to whittle it down to just 4 watches  in 4 catagories { work, play, sport, dress} which four would i pick. After much deliberating i decided.

WORK:- Ta.Wa.tec GMT- full titanium, 300m, H3 illumination on Hirsch Liberty leather strap.

SPORT- G-SHOCK 5600 series- Atomic, solar powered, 200m. Ideal for mountain biking, running, swiimming I wouldn't want to bash up anything expensive but you've got to admire the technology in this thing. Atomic accuracy-i set all y other watches by this 25th Anniversary ed.

DRESS- or for best. Panerai Luminor submersible/ i've just sold my Omega Seamaster. Both dive watches { or desk dive watches }-too expensive to smash up diving !

PLAY:- Casual / weekend use:-  Orsa Sea Viper.  I'm sure the Viper could cover the other catagories as well-no problem, but this is what i'll be using for.

So that's my forced to keep shortlist of 4 ....here's a pic of my Seamaster.:D

What's yours...???

LOL, I'm sure if you buy 2 watches, maybe she'll be more forgiving if one is going to her. You can also be matching when your out together.

Congrats.
I'm still looking for my fav orsas. :(

Some day I'll get lucky and find:

Sea Angler - Silver Surfer
Monstrum - Orange/white or creamsicle
Sea Viper - Blue ( can't afford this at the moment ) :(

Cheers,
Dave.

Hi Dave,

" Can't afford this at the moment "-Blue  Sea Viper.

Be quite honest with you Dave, neither can i !!...sometime all sense goes out the window when you've had a few beers and there's a computer in  front of you ! Ebay & beer is equally fatal ! Anyway, limited edition-so one chance ! I'm going to flog some of my other stuff  on Ebay- its suprising what you've got hanging arround the house what people will buy & you never use. :D

Hey GPSPete, yes you are right. Its too easy to just buy online.
Haven't stopped for the past couple of months since starting this crazy collecting.
Gotta slow it down and be patient on waiting for the orsas to pop up.

Cheers,
Dave
