Joining Jeff and Graham with a new Seiko arrival as well...Seiko SRP043

This one arrived yesterday...(definitely something different from Seiko IMO)...a bit of a Flieger/Diver combo and anyone familiar with the Sinn 657 will have to agree there is more than a similarity in appearance here due to the dial design and narrower bezel (3, 6, 9, 12 designators on a Seiko dial?)...like I said something different from Seiko IMO, but so far I think I really like this one.

Q&D's in not so good light are all I have right now, but I'm intent on getting better pics and posting up a comparo to the Sumo (due to size similarity) and maybe some other Seikos.

BTW...Happy Birthday Trent!!!!party.gif

Thanks Chris thankyou.gif....I'm kind of liking this one even though it is almost a blasphemous slap against the classic Seiko divers that we all know and love.  Hardcore fans of the "classics" may want to thumb there nose at this one...I admit the Seiko quality is there however...fantastic build, nice Seiko bezel action, and that great Seiko Lume...

Hello all! Happy birthday to Trent!
Back home now... Been 2 days on the frozen cabine: It's been down to -20C lately there and the little iced river went out of it's bed, took the cabin all around with 30cm thick of pure ice:shock: I'm glad the door is up 1.5 meter off the ground. As I had to walk 1 kilometer in 40cm deep snow in -13C at night to come there:D
Been enjoying my Epos during those 2 days and still wear it tonight.

It's good for the lungs;)
All the way, there was fresh traces of a big moose. I was hoping to not meet him and all I found out at the end is that he craped in front of my cabin

This is a true beauty, Chris and I really love it. yourock.gif I have seen this watch at an AD's window and ft it on my wrist and really plan to shoot this down one day. Don't you just admire all that machining at the bezel and how the tri-color theme all play well WITH each other?
