HAPPY BIRTHDAY, Scottparty.gif.

Today, I wore my new arrival on my left wrist: Charmex Swiss Military Watch 20000 Feet. It's like an Abrams A1 M1 tank on the wrist. All titanium, 46mm across and 25mm tall (about 1 inch) with 24mm lugs. The AR-coated sapphire crystal itself is 10mm thick and starts from the top of the dome-shaped crystal to the bottom of the bezel where the crystal rests on the case. Of course, it's a diver with chronograph and HEV plus best of all, it's COSC-certified. Dial is black carbon fiber and sort of emits a 3D effect because of the crystal's thickness and its shape. The behemoth is so hard to photograph because it's possessed by the demon of reflections who lives inside the crystal. The water reistance is built for 7,500 feet but was rated at 6,000 feet giving a good 25% margin of safety (as if I'd even dive deeper than 30 feetsubtlelaugh.gif). It's on the Guiness Book of World records. Despite the size (like a double patty burger), it's not heavy at all. Thanks to titanium all throughout. Each link is screwed. Lume is amazing! It's like looking at the constellations of the night sky and this is because of all the lume applied on all important and crucial points of this diver. A longer review will follow. Hope you like it.

I first saw this on Nick's (Nabco) wrist a few months ago and said to myself I had to get this one for sure. I saw it in Singapore recently and had to simply walk it home with me. Thanks for the lead, Nickhand6.gif

And to add some semblance of balance, I wore the Sumo on the right wrist.

Thanks, Tony. How'd you execute this photo? Lightbox? Love that BD.

NDBurley, I love that Seiko too. I have one exactly like that, it's the helmet and it's a 1975 edition. Take good care of that, amigo! They're so hard to find nowadays and they're still so accurate too.
