Thanks again William. I should have explained....me badsubtlelaugh.gif. That's the only thing I don't like about the MM1000...the 22mm straps are ridiculous for the 46mm bezel, 52mm shroud and 17mm height. I think a 26mm strap would have been the best for this diver. Anyway, you are right again. The whipsnake might see more time with Steinhart NavBThumbsUp02.gif.

Thanks too, Nate.

Could you take a pic of the back of you Tuna? Maybe it could give an idea for a wider strap...Thanks Jeff!

William, thanks heaps for taking a special interest on my strap challengesthumbsup.gif.

Here is a pic of the underside:

And another shot with the whipsnake as an alternative:

Seen from the caseback side, the watch resembles a turtle on its backside because it is not a flattish-watch by any means of the imagination

Here's an even closer look, as close as my new P&S could get without going blurry:

And a different perspective, an oblique angle:

Thanks again, William. Your inputs will be appreciatedyou rock.gif

One of the great things about 3T is the number of quality vendors we bring tot he table,  Steve-O makes great straps at great prices as does Paul from Orb and jeanna from Stone Creek....haven't tried a J&S yet, but from what's been written, they are fabulous too!

I second that, Ken. Our strapmakers are really top-notch and so easy to deal with, move faster than lightning and give quality that's hard to beat.thumbsup.gif
