The links are held together by two-piece screw bars. You'll need a micro screwdriver on either side of the link to remove them. It's a good idea to put a small piece of tape on the sides of the bracelet link to protect it from scratches in case you slip with a screwdriver. Just put a small hole in the tape to allow access to the screw. KEEP TRACK OF THE SCREWS, they're TINY! Overall, though, it's a pretty easy and straightforward process. Just be patient.
