Michael...looks very cool and unique!!!

Love that side shot showing the strongly curved lugs of the Mega II playing off the strong curves/switchbacks in the Hirsch Extreme...you are right, that is one mean looking combo.thumbsup.gif

Straping the Mega (on rubber, zulu, or leather) certainly does help remove alot of the wrist weight in wearing this wonderful beast.

+1. That really looks menacing and seems to me the exact combo a T-Rex would wear to the ballgames. I love itthumbsup.gif.

I'll google that strap now and see what I can get for my pieces. Thanks for posting, Michael.

Thanks BRP & skool!!    I think the aggressive lines of the strap match the look of the Meg quite well.  I did a search before I bought this strap and didn't find anything, while I'm sure it's been done before it's IMO something worth sharing.  For those that have not handled the Extreme, it's of superb quality and the ridges or vents provide a bit of elasticity making the strap quite comfortable.  They ain't cheap though...

A few more photos.  Notice it has one fixed keeper and one floating.  There is one remaining hole in the strap under the buckle, I have a 6.75"ish wrist...

Thanks for those details and extra pix, Michael.ThumbsUp02.gif That strap is really something different.

I googled it, surfed the site and you're right...they're not cheap at all. I was about to shoot one or 2 down until I noticed the buckle was in steel and only at 20mm. I am planning to get 2 for my Marine Masters, which are in black, and naturally, their PVD buckles are in black BUT in 22mm (DRATcrap.gif).

So I guess, I'll have to biuy some 20mm buckles first before the squeeze the trigger on the straps. (My wrist is also .75 inches and your photos really helped)
