Firstly I'm sorry I haven't been posting much this summer, my nerd/watch time has been devided between custom roms for my cell phone and watches this summer so I've been falling down on my watch enabling and general encouragement!

Picked this up from the forums, an impulse buy really. I just happened to have a little bit of watch mad money left and burned it up in one shot.

I already had a genuine sinn rubber strap sized for my girly-man wrists but surprisingly the one it came on was even smaller!

Anyway It's larger than I thought it would be at about 44mm it wears big! The rubber strap makes a big arc so it will be more comfortable on straight end rubber or a zulu or the bracelet for me but it still wears OK on the rubber.

The 2893 is running spot on inside cosc since I got it +1 in five days.

Crown is smooth and grabs lots of threads finish is as New!

well enough gibber-jabber here's the pics!

Wow it's stunning! Big congrats!! I love everything about it, much prefer it to my old U1 and its clownish hands:)! And it looks great on your wrist IMHO!!
Wear it in good health!

Great watch! I love those bezel cuts and the dial colors with those cool sword hands: Perfect fit!
Enjoy!

Thanks guys!

I am a bit underwhelmed by the lackluster lume. Sure it can make craters in cement and leap tall buildings but.... Off the top if my head the only other 2k plus divers I have (Muhle, Breitling) have much better lume... honestly I wear my watch in the dark more often than I wear it at 2k under the sea... subtlelaugh.gif It's not stopping me from wearing it though so I must just be nitpicking!

Love the U2 Chris but I'm surprised the lume is not blazing. Cool tool watch but as our good friend Mike will tell you, "If  it don't glow its gotta go."subtlelaugh.gif
