Brice, How different is an Isofrane from the OEM rubber? The OEM rubber on my Moray III is the most comfortable strap I have.

This is all a matter of taste and opinion of course, but I find them different enough to spend 80-95$ on a used Isofrane. I have owned several of the Timefactors Retro straps, the Helson and Benarus Isofrane-like straps and the Isofranes. The retro strap is the most affordable and is ok for the $ but it's a dust magnet and it's too soft/stretchy for heavy watches. The Benarus and Helson straps look and feel better, don't attract dust/lint quie as much, and are comfortable but not as soft as the retro strap. A good strap for the $ way better than the retro IMHO. Finally the real Isofrane is just about perfect and another notch or two above the Benarus/Helson straps, and it should at that price :) the rubber is just about perfect in terms of comforts meets thickness and softness, it is better for heavy watches, doesn't stretch as much, it's comfortable yet strong and rigid enough. Its the best when it comes to dust and lint as well. Finally it looks better to me. I think part of the reason I like it better and it's stronger is, I course the rubber , but also the design-notice how the rectangle holes are smaller allowing for thicker sides and better support as it has more rubber plus it's thicker. Just my two cents. That said there is nothing wrong wih the OEM. I think you just get what you pay for.

Wow! Thanks for the comparison. I will definitely keep that in mind.

Congrats on the new arrival William! happy guy.gif

Hope you are really liking this one!

So...any initial thoughts?...I'm wanting to hear your thoughts as someone who has now owned this one and a killer Black Seal Radiomir. What do you think?

Love the strap combo...thumbsup.gif Is that 27mm or 28mm at the lugs? I like that extra bit of lug fill that a wider strap provides on these...looks great!

Thanks William...I will stroll over to the new arrivals and take a look. The French Ammo I have on mine is also a straight 26mm...yours looks just ever so slightly wider which is why I was thinking it might be 27mm or so.

Glad you like it bro!
