Hi guys!

Had a small accident yesterday. Fortunately no one was injured thanks to low speed and evasive actions from both drivers.

As the first photo shows were the other car struck us, not a big hit. But surprise, our car is a write off!

Bent the whole front like a banana. Dont buy French!

Since the cars frame is bent. They wont repair it. Dont know what to do really as of now. Sell the crap in pieces or just set it on fire???

Anyway, guess im going to be forced to sell a couple of watches. I a bit heartbroken because the only watches that is worth something is my Speedy and the Fortis. We need a new car, it is a must have. Watches are not.

Im doing my best not to use the F-word. Not just because of the watches, but because we only owned the car for 18 months.

Thanks Tony!

What a way to start the year. All we can do know is to wait for the insurance company to make their judgment.

Im also happy that everyone involved was uninjured, just some stiff necks and shoulders the day after.

Happy to know you are ok, Patrik. It could have been a different outcome.

Thanks! I know what you mean. Ppl have lost both lives and limbs in accidents less severe. Seatbelts is a wonderful invention!

I am guessing that the other car hit the front wheel just right to bend the frame like that. I hope it works out for you.

Spot on! It actually did not hit hard, just bumped against it. But the damage to our car was surprising.

The car is now fixed and looks like brand new. Insurance company payed for the majority of the repairs, the rest we got billed for lay around 700$.
