Nice 'get' Oscar! I remember reading articles on the 427 SOHC Hemi back in the day, and it was awesome. Connie Kalitta ran one in Top Fuel and almost always registered the highest trap speed. I recall during development they shoehorned a streetable one equipped with a single four-barrel in a '64 Galaxie 500 that ran up to 80 mph in first gear with a four-speed! I've always been disappointed it never reached production other than as an OTC item. 'Dyno' Don Nicholson:
