Oscar said, don't buy it. I bought it anyways. a xemex. The bezel is okay, scratches can be buffed. caseback on the other hand is a total loss. had been pried off with a screwdriver for a battery change so it have a 5mm pry mark that bent the caseback. its not water resistant anymore I'm sure. At least it was cheap.

sometimes it works:D this time I got caught. Xemex says they have a caseback for it on the cheap though. I should have listened when you said to walk away.coyote2.gif used, beat up not water resistant xemex for sale. free to good home:D

Update. The paypal dispute was closed this morning after the seller finally contacted me.She made some threats, so I let her know that her contact info was wrong and she should contact paypal as ebay was actively investigating her. 4 minutes later the paypal dispute was closed, refund given with no response other than a full refund. No mention of wanting the watch back. Paypal said to keep the watch unless she wants it back.hand6.gif
