Chef Onkel...  have any good goulash recipes?   I remember my mother and grandmother would make a delish Hungarian goulash; but could never find their recipes...   tia.. :cool:

Yea that sounds good. My grandmother on dads side made some that was beyond belief. But the recipe went to the grave with her. :(:?

Would like to hear what knives you use. I think I saw J.A. Henckels in one of the pics. That's what I've got.

What kind of knife do you use most often? I used to use an 8" chef's and 6" utility, then got an 8" Santoku knife and its the only one for me now (besides the bread knife)

Yes, I use a Zwilling 4**** (four stars) set which are the best knifes for serious kitchen duty IMHO. Apart from that, I use two ceramic knives. Good cutlery is vital for a smooth cooking experiencehand6.gif
