My leather is pretty good and treatable, but, the foam is dead and crumbling. Any ideas?

Just have the padding replaced at an upholstery shop. I am not sure of any alternative to foam in seats. Maybe fill it with that "popcorn" stuff used in packaging

That's exacty what I'm going to do. LOL There is a local shop here that does a lot of custom work. They will redo both front seats for $300. I can't believe it.
