We decided on Seafood tonight. I was at Cosco yesterday. . . where else can you by a box of 176 diapers and a 1 lb lobster tail?

Wife: had the lobster tail, veggies and rice pilaf

Me: scallops, veggies and rice pilaf. YUM YUM

Hey Onkel! You're right. We are just about to sit down and eat, and I said "oh, I should get the camera". She says "you didn't take pics yet?"

She's growing on it!!!

Sorry!

Chicken-Rice (Gerber). Not that bad, just needs salt.

Living in South Louisiana, seafood is a staple here. We had a shrimp and crab boil a couple weekends ago. Had crawfish pie yesterday but no pics. Here are a couple of pics from a couple weeks ago though.

I forgot to ask. How did you prepare those scallops? I have some in the freezer I forgot were in there. I need to cook them up. I normally sauté' them in butter and lemon. Been looking for something different in preparation.

Being that it was with the lobster tail, I just broiled everything. A touch of extra virgin olive oil and some salt/pepper. That was it. A few minutes each side.

Yummy!toon1.gif
