The easiest pasta sauce ever: Sage butter, best with filled pasta like Tortellini or Ravioli:  Just take a good piece of butter, melt it, sautee a handful of sage leaves in it, salt it and pour over the pasta. Serve with some parmesan:  Enjoy.
