I bought a rubber strap for my Carribean from Doxa last spring.... and the little rubber strap holders that hold the excess strap into place broke ...both of them ....I emailed Doxa voicing my displeasure ...... and low and behold I get an email from Andy at Doxa, and not only did he send me new peices for my old strap ....HE SENDS ME A BRAND NEW STRAP for my troubles !!!!!!! This I have to say is customer service A#1 ...the whole process from my first email took about a week ?!? Could you imagine Invicta doing this ? HA .....I was very impressed
