What would a fair price be for a slightly used Sinn 256 with bracelet/box/papers etc. etc. be?

I almost bought one last year pre-owned for $1200. but passed as I am searching for the Heuer Bundeswehr Chrono(see link) that the Sinn 256 was based on....but if another Sinn 256 came along at a good price I would probably jump on it...they are awesome imhohand6.gif

So what your saying is that $1200 is a reasonable and fair price? I'm asking because I've found one and am trying to decide whether I should try to shmooze ;)the wife into letting me spend the money:D. I might also be able to point you towards one of those Heur's. Let me check before I say I can for sure.

It looks to be in Excellent shape. It was purchased from a Sinn AD and comes with everything it left the factory with. It's a style and design I like but with a baby on the way I'm trying to find a way to justify it to my wife:? and myself.

I think I'll be able to convince myself, but damn if I don't want that 'rose dial' Tudor Sub(i.e. grail watch:)) when I get back from Iraq. I think I need to keep looking at it for a little self enabling help:Dsubtlelaugh.gifsubtlelaugh.gif.

I was looking at one earlier in the week. LOL

But looking at several and trying to behave so I can go after another grail soon but I am thinking I may have to jump on something soon. Maybe something small.

But that is a very cool Sin I almost bought one of those last Summer too. Love my 857. hearteyes.gif

Ideally it would be a 'Military issued" sub, but those are so sought after that the prices are a little outside what I think I can get away with. I keep looking though:D.
