I am looking for help as to where would you send a Zeno diver for a repair,  out of warrenty I'm afraid...... The crown will not screw down and operates as if it doesnt have a screw down crown .... I would guess the way it is now, the watch would have zero water repelling ability ..... I am not sure as to where I can send it for a quality repair ???? Do you guys know where ???? Thanks for any imput

I believe you may have the version that does not have a screw down crown (this version also has quick set date). I have the same and I've used it with no problems in sea water - sea was rough and I was body surfing.

Good point .... but the only reason I know it was screw-down is that I've owned this watch for over two years ... and until today I had screwed it down many times .... today the crown unscrewed and popped out xtra far .......it has a loose part inside also

If you purchased your ZENO watch from someone other than a ZENO USA, L.L.C. Authorized Dealer and require warranty service, please contact the original dealer from whom you purchased your watch.

You may also contact the ZENO-Watch Basel Service Center in Switzerland at service@zeno-watch.ch.
