Now that I'm back, I was woundering what you all think about this 750T GMT Shark Hunter? I have an itch for it. One of the reason's for selling my Orsa's. Pro's- Con's, Or just plain hate it.?

I really like it and one day would like to add one to the collection. I've had like 4 chances at one pre-owned at a heck of a good price since last Summer and every time something else pulls me away. LOL :D But after scoring a DivingStar I do want to get one as well as a PVD Mil version Doxa too. ;)

I debated forever over the Sharkhunter 750T and the Sharkhunter GMT...ultimately, I settled on the regular 750T 'cause I thought the GMT just a little busy....I still don't know if I made the right decision! ![]() ![]()

The 750T GMT watches are indeed a bit busy. I would reckon the Sharkhunter version is the most legible. I've got the Caribbean version and and a 750 T Pro COSC and can tell you the Pro is far easier to read with a quick glance. I think you would be quite happy the watch, though unless you're into bifocals...![]() Are you thinking og foing with a direct from Doxa or scouring the secondary market?

Secondary, I was looking at one for $1490, but was a bit late. Just as well. Gives me more time to sit on the fence. Although hanging around here kind of keeps me falling off it! Always somthing more to learn and somthing nicer around the corner, with you guys. LOL

I have three DOXAs - 750T Pro, 750T Sharkhunter, and a 750T GMT Caribbean and they are all outstanding. I also have a bunch of Orsas as well (every Sea Angler except for the orange one), and the DOXA is a better made watch in every respect (but then its also around 4x the price of an Orsa). The GMT model has a very small face due to the bezel and GMT rotating ring, but its perfectly readable (the Divingstar GMT might be more difficult as the hands are all the same color) - you can't go wrong with a normal 750T either though. Once you get one DOXA, you'll be hooked.
