Gentlemen, I have an empty slot in my watch box, as my son, stole one of my watches (alright I gave it to him). I have about $200 my better half will let me part with. I am looking for suggestions. Size about 43 to 48mm and automatic. Other than that I am open to all ideas. Thanks for your help.

Well, in that price range there are 2 I can think of that are one hell of a bang-for-the-buck:

The Orient MAKO  (Blue or Black) at less than $150 (41mm):



Or the Seiko Monster (Black or Orange) at about the same price (43mm +/-):
