You are right Teddy. I just got off the phone after attempting to call Invicta and apologize. First I was on hold for 20 minutes, then I got transferred seven times and finally they hung up on me.

Boy am I ever SORRY...crap.gif

It's a good thing you didn't call the Customer Service number...they don't answer that at all! yahoo.gif

Sorry to hear again about INVICTA bad services.

Lots of complains about them, any kind, all over. I was planning to buy a CORDUBA diver from them, than changed my mind. Ignorat, brazen faced duys.
"Timba", keep calling them, and file official complain by registered mail. If no action taken in 2 weeks, send same letter, copied to local Chamber of Commers AND BB Bureau,  this will put some fire under some as**s:):).

Good luck!

This would be a great follow-up on a old thread.

I wonder if Costco who sells Invicta, will take the watch back when it falls apart.

They are slow, I just got my SAIII master calender back today after two months. They sent it back to the factory. I guess there is no one in Florida that can make repairs.

I was just ready to pull the trigger on one of there Pro Divers and this thread has me wondering now. I am new and only know what I have heard on the TV show from SNBC. Is this not a good brand? What should I look at for my first dive watch? I do not dive but like the look of a big heavy watch. I would prefer a mechanical watch. You have a nice forum here.

Take at look at any of the threads here about Invicta.  More heartache than Happiness especially concerning there poor CS, also some watches are very poor quality in fit and finish.

The best watch is the 8629 from back when.

I think everyone here has had Invicta's, I have had a couple of them and mostly gave them away as the hype was greater than the watches being sold.

Take advice and stay away.

Thank you for the information, I have been reading a lot of negative things about the Company so I will just look at something else. Thanks again.
