As someone who travels frequently: bring only one watch, a decent one that is not immediately recognized is best, better if highly water resistant, so you can wear it safely when swimming in pools or sea or bathroom. I went to Indonesia, Hongo Kong last Christmas/New Year's and wore a Zeno diver; it was good enough for any occasion including tea at the Peninsula, dinner at the Four Seasons and dodging waves in the Indian Ocean.

I just returned from Las Vegas and finally just took my Alpha GMT. I set it to Vegas time on the main hands and to Ohio time on the GMT hand to my Atomic time G-Shock before leaving so I didn't have to mess up the time keeping by pulling out the stem while traveling. From Monday morning until Friday morning, it gained 23 seconds! Not bad for a $37 delivered watch IMO.

That's actually pretty incredible, Edgel. don't you have a nice Limes GMT you could have used?? I bet you don't wanna leave the Limes in the wrong place when you're in Vegas!! If you catch my drift... wink wink... nudge, nudge!goofy
