I was hoping you guys could get me pointed in the right direction! I have two dive watches that need new bands (the black rubber bands are done) and wanted some suggestions. The bands never were very comfortable to begin with. I have seen pics of the "mesh" bracelets as well as other "tropical rubber" or Silicone Deploy. - but never owned any. Likewise, I have been curious about "Zulu" bands as they seem to be called on other forums. Can someone help me out? Where is the best source to order from. What, in your ecperience is most comfortable? (Pics would be excelent.) Here we go...

I can't speak for the mesh bracelets, but the Zulus are really comfortable. They're a little stiff when you first get them, but once they start to break, which doesn't take long, they get very comfortable.

And as for Rubber. If you can find the Natural Italian Rubber it is awesome maybe the best. ;)

My question to you is do you want a strap (rubber, nylon, fabric, etc) or do you want a bracelet (stainless mesh, solid links, etc). It might help to know what kind of watches this would go on too. I could recommend something, but it may not 'look right' depending on the watch style.

Depends on the activity. The most comfortable watch I own is my G-shock, which has a resin band. For divers, I can't imagine anything other than SS. For dress, It's leather all the way.
