hello all,
i am looking to add a Panerai Homage to my collection and would like some input as to what to look for and who might have the best price. there seems to be a lot of different movements out there and i am open to a hand cranker or an auto. as far as price maybe around $500 anyone have some ideas for me?
thanks for your advice in advance. and happy fathers day to all dads out there!smile8.gif

I've had this Marine Diver from IWI for a few years now...it houses the ETA 2824-2 and has been trouble free.  Don't know what the price tag is these days, but it should be within your specified criteria.  Oft times you can pick them up in great condition on the sales forums.

The best way to reach Ron is via email, go to the contact page and you will see it.

Because he sells his watches through other websites and retail outlets he does not post his prices on the website.  He will sell one offs at the same price he sells to retail outlets.

Understand, before doing business with IWI, that Ron is sometimes slow to respond and ship, but I have never had a problem with his products...it can just be frustrating sometimes getting responses.

Something to watch out for (pun intended) that has always bugged me about the style in general, is the lack of a date function. Some have it, some don't. I've realized the date is the one function of a watch that I have to have, just something to think about.

You'll have to let us know who you bought from and how it turns out!boy10.gif

that is a great looking dial! i am looking at one with a ca. dial for my first one. i am trying to track down pricing info before i make a decision. this is the perfect web site for what i was looking for, i wish they made a calli dial on a white face with blue steel hands. that is really what i would like to find.
i am also looking at the dievas kampfschwimmer from gnomon watches. i will keep you posted after i get some prices. thanks again for all your input
