i don't have one but I believe Poseidon is basically the same as Tauchmeister and St. Moritz.  (someone correct me if I'm wrong)  and somewhere I read they have a Citizen movement.  I've seen some people talking about them over on the Seiko Citizen Watch Forum and mostly good things come up.  I think it looks cool and for the price, how can you go wrong?  Hope this helps!  -chris
